 Speedy keep - In English, it translates: "The Flag of this Municipality should be deleted because according to Venezuelan legislation (it was created in 1963 or before) but this flag was created in 2022, it seems that it is not OK". But this flag should NOT be deleted. Why do you want an admin to delete this file just because it's useless or you prefer the old one? This makes no sense. This flag should be kept.  Comment I agree on one thing with the IP who remared immediately above: the nomination as worded doesn't make much sense. More to the point, though, I'm not sure whether the image is OK or not. The claim that User:Salvadoroff owns a copyright on this work and is licensing it seems doubtful, to say the least. I assume it is a legitimate representation of the present-day flag of Caracas. I don't know when that flag came into use (shouldn't be hard to determine) or what is its copyright status (might be harder to determine). Is there a special status for flags like this in Venezuela? @Jmabel: Lamentable estoy desacuerdo con el, según Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Venezuela "En general, 60 años después de la muerte del autor, con la excepción de las obras audiovisuales, difusión de obras y programas de ordenador, en cuyo caso la protección dura 60 años después de la publicación." esta bandera se creó en 2022 por eso no está en el Dominio Público, no es OK.
