 Comment Wouldn't the copyright for the footage coming from the original French or British version be restored thanks to the URAA, similarly to what happened with Metropolis? Lugamo94 (talk) 02:04, 30 November 2023 (UTC)

One more thing, French copyright protection for films lasts for 70 years after "the death of the last to survive of the principal director, the authors of the screenplay and dialogue, and the composer of any music specially created for the film". According to Wikipedia, the writers were John D. Klorer (d. 1951), Friedrich Kohner (d. 1986), Piero Tellini (d. 1985), René Wheeler (d. 2000). The credited composer (according to IMDb) is Paul Misraki (d. 1998). The undelete should be in 2071.
